What if it rains on my scheduled day?
Light rain does not affect our results when using purified water systems. For heavy storms, we will reschedule at no charge and notify you as early as possible.
Do you clean storm windows?
No. We do not clean storm windows because removing and reinstalling them can increase the risk of glass breakage. Our focus is on providing safe, high-quality service for standard residential and small commercial windows.
Do you offer one-time or recurring service?
Both. One-time deep cleans are popular for move-ins, events, and spring cleaning. Recurring plans include a discount and priority scheduling.
